How can we help?
What is the minimum deposit?
Advertisers
The minimum initial deposit for self-serve accounts is $500. For managed accounts assigned a dedicated account manager, the minimum monthly spend commitment is $5,000.
Published account guidance; final minimums and commitments are confirmed during onboarding.
What targeting options are available?
Advertisers
We offer granular targeting including Geo (Country, City, Zip), Device (OS, Model, Connection), Carrier, Browser, Time of Day, and Audience Segments (Interests, Demographics) via our DMP.
Do you support video ads?
Advertisers
Yes, we support VAST 2.0, 3.0, and 4.0 tags, as well as MRAID for mobile interstitials. All video creatives are transcoded automatically for optimal delivery.
What are the traffic requirements?
Publishers
Publishers must have a minimum of 50,000 unique monthly visitors to be considered. We prioritize apps and sites with high viewability and low bot traffic.
When do I get paid?
Publishers
Publisher payments are issued on a Net-45 basis. For example, earnings generated in January will be paid on March 15th. Minimum payout threshold is $100.
How do I generate a reporting API token?
Technical
Navigate to Settings > API Access in your dashboard. You can create read-only tokens for reporting or full-access tokens for campaign management.
What is your QPS limit?
Technical
Our default rate limit for API endpoints is 100 requests per minute. For OpenRTB integration, we can support upwards of 100k QPS per connection upon technical review.
These are company-published reference figures, not a universal service limit. The integration guide separately lists 10 reads/sec, 2 writes/sec and 5 concurrent reports for reviewed accounts. Use the limit assigned to your account and interface.
How do advertiser billing and publisher payouts differ?
Billing
Advertiser deposits fund campaigns. Publisher payouts cover earned inventory revenue. The published guidance lists Net-45 publisher payouts and a $100 minimum; advertiser credit terms are reviewed separately. Confirm currency, eligibility and dates in your account agreement.
Can an unused balance be refunded?
Billing
The billing guide describes refunds of unspent prepaid balances upon account closure in 5–10 business days. The general terms allow up to 30 days and a possible 10% administrative fee. Ask support to confirm the applicable schedule and deductions before funding an account. Delivered advertising is described as non-refundable.
What should I include in an advertising brief?
Advertisers
Include your objective, markets and languages, website or app, creative assets and an indicative budget with currency. Explain what a valuable action means. The planning checklist provides a complete example.
How should I choose a campaign format?
Advertisers
Start with the audience context and destination. Display, native, video and mobile experiences have different asset and measurement needs. Confirm the formats available for your proposal using the advertiser format guide.
How do we agree what campaign success means?
Advertisers
Choose a primary event and define qualification, attribution, reporting source, currency and date basis. Review cost alongside action quality. The metric glossary explains the common calculations.
What information helps an inventory review?
Publishers
Share the property URL, content or app category, monthly volume, audience markets, devices and traffic-source breakdown. Describe the placements and existing ad stack. See the publisher review packet.
What is the difference between fill rate and eCPM?
Publishers
Fill describes how eligible opportunities are filled under a stated denominator. Impression eCPM is revenue per thousand counted impressions. Review both with volume and the revenue basis; a higher eCPM alone does not establish higher total earnings. See the publisher metrics.
How should I describe organic, referral and paid traffic?
Publishers
Identify each source separately, with a date range, geography and measurement source. Disclose purchased visits and incentives. The audience-source guide explains what information is useful.
Does a website enquiry create API access?
Technical
The form saves a brief and returns a reference. The account team confirms approved access, environments, schemas and limits separately. Use the integration enquiry type to describe the workflow; do not send a token in the form.
What should be checked before automated reporting?
Technical
Align campaign and placement scope, currency units, time zone, pagination, event rules and reporting delay. Use a controlled comparison with an agreed account report before relying on the automation. See the integration guide.
Does sending an enquiry authorize spending?
Billing
The public form does not charge a payment instrument or activate a campaign. A saved reference confirms receipt of the brief. Account funding, campaign activation, fees and commercial conditions require the separately approved account process.
